gre preparation

         Hey folks,

wanna give your best shot at the Graduate Record Examination for admission to a good college in the US?

  • Start by completing a mock GRE to get yourself into exam mode (get up early, no long breaks between sections, silence, etc.).
  • Depending on your first score, decide on the amount of work you're going to have to do. If you think you'll need a significant amount of preparation time, set aside weekly blocks of time.
  • Go through GRE's BARRON's for word list for vocabulary questions.
  • You should be aware of the type of questions that are asked in the test and the length of each section and it's time limits.
  • Keep testing yourself with questions from the previous papers.
  • For a self-study course for GRE, use Practicing To Take The General Test by ETS along with the Big Book by ETS again. These two books will give you sufficient practice for your GRE.
  • Besides these books a lot of study material is available on the internet .You can practice online questions of vebal and aptitude for free.
        ALL THE BEST!!
